In the Rajasthan desert of India, camels play a major role in the local culture. Since there are few roads, and even fewer cars, camels are still a major form of transportation. One camel can carry up to 1000 pounds of weight and can walk for days before needing more food or water.

Most animals don't like balloons. Dogs, cats, and parrots are bothered by the high frequency squeak and random popping. Camels are the only animals we've met who really dig inflatable latex. They will wear a balloon hat for up to half an hour, and when they're ready to take it off, they just lower their long neck and rub their head against the ground.

Here we have a balloon necklace
on Mr. John Majors, a prize- winning race camel named after the former British Prime Minister. His owner takes great pride in having such a strong and prestigious camel and was very happy to have this
opportunity to beautify his partner.
